Refund Policy – Propt

At Propt, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at Proptcable@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is used, damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the 14-day return window.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, does not match its sample, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Proptcable@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.
