We currently ship within Australia. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for Australian orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Propt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
