Will Propt 01 work with my iPhone?
Yes if you have iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 16 or 16 Pro (USB-C). No if you have iPhone 14 or earlier — those still use Lightning. A Lightning version is on the way.
How does the 60-day risk-free trial work?
Try Propt 01 for 60 days. If it doesn't fix the way you charge, email us with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Does it fast-charge my Samsung S24?
Yes. The cable is certified up to 240W USB-C PD. Your Samsung S24 charges at its full native speed (up to 45W on S24 Ultra).
Can I use it with a thick case?
Yes. The USB-C end has a slim profile that fits most cases including OtterBox Defender. If your case has a deeply recessed port, we recommend testing — and you have 60 days to return if it doesn't fit.
Does it transfer data or just power?
Both. It's a full USB-C 2.0 data and power cable. Data speeds up to 480 Mbps.
What if the hinge breaks?
The hinge is zinc alloy and engineered for long-term daily use. If yours fails within 6 months under normal use, email us with a photo and we'll replace it free.
